The New Smyrna Beach Area Visitors Bureau invites you to become a Tourism Ambassador! The goal of this program is to increase your knowledge of Southeast Volusia. We are committed to helping tour operators and frontline staff in the travel industry become knowledgeable in what our coastal communities have to offer, year-round. In addition, this program is intended to educate residents, business owners, and community leaders about all that our area has to offer and why tourism is so important to our community. Upon completion of the course, you will achieve certified specialist status presented by a downloadable certificate, a New Smyrna Beach ambassador pin in the mail, and recognized on the visit NSB website. Program Information: By correctly answering a minimum of 80% on each quiz, you are on your way to Tourism Champion status! You may retake the quizzes as many times as necessary to achieve 80%. You can save your work at any point and return to finish the course at a later time.
